MWM, a legal entity registered with CNPJ no. 02.162.259/0001-64, with headquarters at Av. das Nações Unidas, 22.002, Jurubatuba, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, CEP 04795-915 (“MWM”), presents this Privacy Policy for the website https://www.mwm.com.br (“SITE”), in order to clarify the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users with regard to the processing of personal data.

MWM is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy informs how MWM processes personal data, the legal bases used and its purposes. It also clarifies the rights of data subjects provided for in the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – “LGPD”).

General navigation on the SITE does not require user identification. However, to use certain services, such as “Contact Us” and “Work With Us”, it will be necessary to provide personal data.

All data collected is stored in secure systems, compatible with market standards, and treated in accordance with current legislation.

The processing of personal data on the SITE occurs in the following situations:

  1. a) Contact Us:
    When the user uses the “Contact Us” channel, data such as name, email, telephone number, address and CPF are requested, with the aim of identifying the user and enabling the return of contact to fulfill the request. This data may also be used to send information, promotions and invitations to events. The data storage period is 5 (five) years.
  2. b) Work with us:
    When sending your resume to the email address trabalheconosco@mwm.com.br, the data provided (curriculum information, contact details, etc.) will be used for selection processes and possible contacts by the Human Resources department, if there is a match for available opportunities.

The main legal bases used by MWM for data processing are:

  • Consent: When the user expressly agrees to the processing, under the terms of art. 7, I, of the LGPD.
  • Legitimate Interest: When the processing arises from the legitimate interests of MWM or third parties, in accordance with art. 7, IX, of the LGPD, as long as they do not conflict with the fundamental rights of the holder.

MWM acts as the controller of the personal data collected through the SITE, being responsible for the respective processing.

The sharing of personal data will only occur in the following cases:

  • With public entities, to comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • With operators (service providers, affiliates, consultants, suppliers) necessary to carry out activities and meet user demands;
  • With an approved advertising agency, strictly for the purposes described in this Policy;
  • With third parties, only to offer products or services related to MWM's activities, when permitted by law.

Under no circumstances will the data be commercialized.

The user is responsible for providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information. MWM may suspend or cancel registrations if inconsistencies are found until they are regularized, in order to guarantee the security and quality of service.

MWM may collect and record the IP address and approximate geolocation of users, aiming at greater security, compliance with legal obligations and personalization of communication campaigns, in accordance with the Internet Civil Rights Framework.

    IV. Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive data or data processed in non-compliance with the law;
    V. Data portability, as per ANPD regulations;
    VI. Revocation of consent and deletion of data, except in legal cases for its maintenance;
    VII. Information about sharing with third parties;
    VIII. Information about the possibility of not providing consent, and the consequences of that choice.

MWM may continue to process data if there is an applicable legal basis, such as compliance with a legal obligation or legitimate interest.
